1. Locate the First Chat Prompt: Scroll to the start of the first prompt in the conversation.

2. Initial Selection: Click at the beginning of the first letter of the initial prompt to set your starting point.

3. Select All Text (Ctrl+Shift+End):

   • Press Ctrl+Shift+End to select all text from the starting point to the end of the page.

4. Refine Selection with Ctrl+Shift+⬆️:

   • While continuing to hold Ctrl+Shift, press the Up Arrow key (⬆️) until only the chat text you want is selected, excluding any unnecessary content below.

5. Download via MarkDownload:

   • With the chat text still highlighted, right-click and choose MarkDownload > Download selection as Markdown.

   • This will save the entire conversation in perfect Markdown format in seconds.

Note: Using Ctrl+Shift+End followed by Ctrl+Shift+Up Arrow allows you to capture just the chat content without manually scrolling, ensuring a complete and precise download.
