Useful application for this https://download.cnet.com/send-to-toys/3000-2072_4-10072522.html It's ancient but still works like a dream - it's what I used to make the sendto folder below.
First decide where you want your shortcuts folder, mines on desktop - but I should really put it on external HDD. Add shortcuts to your shortcut folder, you should add sub-folders to organize like so:
Fastest way to get all your applications into shortcuts is by using file menu tools or windows+R - type shell:sendto In this folder add this
Anything you put in the shell:sendto folder will appear in the sendto menu, get it? So you can add shortcuts to applications/folders etc! That's why I have some weird entries in my sendto.
Click create shortcut, click blue folder and set your shortcuts folder - now you can easily send anything you want to your shortcuts toolbar!
Just right-click folder and add it, that simple. The other method allows you to dynamically change directories, copy/move or shortcut - which is why I've covered both methods.
I can't remember if you need explorer patcher to add this, if you do - the link for it is in Converting 11 To 10 Just right-click taskbar, toolbar at top
If you double-click a sub folder in shortcuts it will open that folder in WE Right-Click shortcuts and click open folder to quickly open it.
You will now have this option: Right here where it says folder...
